Package 2 — Middle of the Case

Designed for defendants whose child-support proceedings are already underway and who want to evaluate available procedural options and prepare their defense.
Package 3 — Post-Judgment Case Review & Challenge
$995
For parents with paid-in-full closed cases or payments and outstanding judgments, disputed arrears, enforcement or accounting discrepancies. Review potential challenges to the original proceedings and legally available financial recovery. Reopening, vacatur and recovery are not guaranteed.

Documents are selected and prepared according to the customer’s jurisdiction, case status, and applicable procedural requirements. Package 3 includes post-judgment eligibility and financial recovery assessments; a motion and discovery are included only when supported by applicable procedure. Accounting correction does not necessarily permit recovery of previously paid support.

$95 will be credited toward a later package for the same case, limited to one $95 credit per customer. Emergency Defense Packages cost $95 per distinct issue, standalone or added to any comprehensive package. Standalone emergency packages exclude discovery. Tax Refund Intercept / Offset covers assessment and appropriate challenges to federal or state offsets for alleged child-support arrears; return of a refund is not guaranteed.
