Purchase & Document Use Agreement
Effective October 3, 2026 · Version 2026-10-03-v1
Your purchase
You choose your services and review the itemized assessment before payment. No package is required for emergency-only or roadmap orders. Your purchase includes only the deliverables identified in the assessment; follow-up filings, additional emergencies and revisions outside that scope require a separate assessment and your approval. Your assessed order must identify included corrections or revisions before you pay.
Final sales and refunds
Thank you for trusting us with your case. Because our services involve case-specific review, document preparation and digital materials that cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review your assessment, selected services and price carefully before paying. A change of mind, a decision not to use the documents, or an unfavorable court or agency outcome does not qualify for a refund. If you believe there is a billing error, a missing delivery or an error in your purchased materials, please contact us so we can review the concern and explain the appropriate next step. This policy does not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
Personal-case license and permitted sharing
Your purchased materials are licensed for your own identified case. You may download, print, adapt and file them, retain copies, and share them with your attorney, court, agency, other parties and people assisting with your case as reasonably necessary. You may not resell, commercially redistribute, or publish our original templates or preparation materials as a reusable document library without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law. This restriction does not prohibit court filings, required disclosures, truthful reviews, complaints to regulators, legally compelled disclosures or use allowed by law. You retain ownership of the records and facts you provide. We claim no exclusive rights in laws, public-domain forms, facts, legal procedures or third-party materials.
Self-help service and digital filing limits
ChildSupportDefense.com is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or create an attorney-client relationship. You verify the facts, review and sign your documents, and remain responsible for your case and deadlines. Digital Filing Assistance is available only after confirming a permitted filing arrangement, electronic submission and electronic signatures, with no notarization, oath, ink signature or original paper required. Printing, physical mailing, notary coordination and process service are excluded. Any included electronic service, court fees, price and authorization are confirmed separately. Uploading or approving a document does not submit it.
Timing and outcomes
No same-day response, filing time or court outcome is guaranteed. Assessment and delivery timing depend on complete records, the purchased scope and any clarification needed. Obtain a confirmed timeline before purchasing if a deadline is close. Preparation or submission does not cancel a warrant, restore a license, stop withholding or extend a deadline.

Acceptance and questions
Before proceeding to payment, you affirmatively acknowledge the refund policy and agree to this agreement. We record the agreement version, your account, the order reference and acceptance time. New terms apply to purchases accepted under them; they do not silently change completed purchases. Contact T4Dabolitionist@childsupportdefense.com for questions.
