Information used to provide the service

We collect account and contact information, case facts, records you upload, service selections, order and payment status, prepared document versions, approvals and activity records. We use these to assess requests, prepare and deliver purchased materials, manage access, communicate about services and maintain transaction and security records.

Service providers and document processing

The platform uses providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, document extraction and email delivery. Uploaded documents selected for automatic extraction are sent to OpenAI for processing; review the extracted facts yourself. Stripe handles card payments; card details stay with Stripe. Necessary information is processed by these providers under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Legacy paid mailing orders may involve a mailing provider; new orders do not offer physical mailing.

Access, cookies and external links

Account and case access is restricted through sign-in and ownership checks. Authorized reviewers can access records to provide the service. Cookies support sign-in and session access; browser storage may retain service selections and app preferences. The courthouse camera stores unfinished photographs and document labels in this browser under the signed-in account until the draft is uploaded or discarded. These device drafts are not uploaded automatically. Use your own device, and use Discard device draft to remove unfinished local photographs. Clearing browser data can also remove unsaved drafts. Social profile links and any externally hosted logos involve third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Your court filings and disclosures to other parties may become public or accessible outside this platform.

Records and privacy requests

We retain records to provide account and case services and for transaction, security, dispute and applicable legal recordkeeping needs. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing T4Dabolitionist@childsupportdefense.com. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. No automatic deletion period or absolute confidentiality is promised. This self-help service does not create attorney-client privilege. Avoid uploading irrelevant sensitive information, and follow applicable redaction requirements.
