Frequently Asked Questions
What do the comprehensive packages cost?
Package 1 — Beginning of the Case, Package 2 — Middle of the Case, and Package 3 — Post-Judgment Case Review & Challenge are $995 each. Emergency Defense Packages are $95 per distinct issue and may be purchased independently or added to any package.
What is included?
Comprehensive packages may include notices, dispositive motions, discovery, certificates of service, proposed orders, and detailed filing, service, and recordkeeping instructions. Documents depend on jurisdiction, case status, and applicable procedural requirements. Standalone emergency packages exclude discovery.
Do I need to buy a complete package?
No. Select one or more independently priced emergency issues, request a package, or choose the $95 self-preparation roadmap. Your case stage does not automatically add a package.
What does the roadmap include?
A reviewed list of documents and supporting records, sequence, timing, preparation and submission instructions, and official sources. Completed pleadings and sample arguments are excluded. A verified $95 payment is credited toward an optional package upgrade for the same case, limited to one $95 credit per customer.
What if I am missing records?
Upload what you have and identify what is missing. We may need additional records before confirming the scope or delivery timeline.
When will my documents be ready?
Assessment and preparation depend on the records, scope and clarification required. Ask us to confirm availability and a timeline before paying, especially if you have a deadline. No same-day review or filing is guaranteed.
Does payment or filing stop enforcement?
No. Relief depends on the responsible court or agency. Preparation or submission does not automatically cancel a warrant, restore a license, stop withholding or extend a deadline.
Can you submit my documents?
Only eligible electronic submissions using permitted electronic signatures can receive optional Digital Filing Assistance for $95. We confirm the filing arrangement, scope, any included electronic service, price and your approval first. Notarization, oaths, ink signatures, original paper, printing, physical mailing and process service are excluded.
What if notarization or original paper is required?
Document preparation may still be available. You arrange signing, notarization, filing and service yourself using the instructions applicable to your case. We do not submit incomplete packets just because some documents can be filed digitally.
Are follow-up documents and revisions included?
Only the deliverables and revisions identified in your assessment are included. Ask us to identify the scope before payment. Additional proceedings, new emergencies and work outside the purchased scope require a separate assessment and your approval.
Do you issue refunds?
Purchases are final and non-refundable because they involve case-specific work and digital materials, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Review your assessment before paying. Contact support about billing, delivery or document concerns.
Can I share the documents with my attorney or file them?
Yes, but we strongly suggest avoiding this. Our primary objective with our clients is to WIN! Family lawyers are financially incentivized to NEGOTIATE you into a child support contract and payment plan based on opposition hearsay. Family lawyers do not want to assist in establishing a new legal precedent and work themselves out of future work. Also, family lawyers would much rather negotiate and collude with the plaintiff for a few hours rather than work for 90-150 days to take your retainer. Therefore, sharing our strategy with your lawyer would be an exercise in futility. Our position is, retaining a family lawyer is equivalent to paying a co-plaintiff to work against your best interest. Avoid!
